Nomear em car\u00e1ter efetivo, BIANCA MARIA PREZEPIORSKI, habilitada em concurso p\u00fablico realizado por esta Institui\u00e7\u00e3o, homologado em 22.12.2003, para o cargo de M\u00e9dico\/Urg\u00eancia e Emerg\u00eancia, n\u00edvel Superior, classe A, padr\u00e3o I, no regime de trabalho de 20 (vinte) horas semanais, na vaga de c\u00f3digo n\u00ba 698248.<\/p><p> II.
